Home Design Application Form

Our Home Design Guidelines have been created to assist you in making informed decisions and build your home to a high standard – maximising the value of your investment and enhancing the community as a whole.

Before building, you’ll need to lodge an application with Peet Limited for design approval. This can be done at any time after the contract of sale has been signed.
